Hou Dechang

Hou Dechang, a native of Huixian, Henan Province, was born in January 1934. He is a member of the China Democratic League and a traditional Chinese painter and calligrapher. He used to be Vice President of the Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the CCICH. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in September 1998.
