Zou Xiaodong, male, Han ethnicity. Born in September 1967. He holds a postgraduate degree and a PhD in management. Researcher. Member of the CPC. His previous positions include Deputy Secretary, Executive Deputy Secretary, Seretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC) Committee of Zhejiang University, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and concurrently Deputy Secretary General of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(NCCPPCC), and Deputy Secretary of Working Committee for Central Party and State Institution. He has been Chairman of the Counsellors' Office of the State Council(COSC) since May 2025.
