Vice Chairperson of the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council

Zhang Liping, female, Han ethnicity. Born in December 1967. She holds a postgraduate degree and a Doctor of Laws. Researcher. Member of the CPC. Her previous positions include Deputy Director-General, and Director-General of the Counsellor-Service Department of the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council(COSC). She has been Vice Chairperson of the COSC since September 2025.
