Zhang Lichen

Zhang Lichen, a native of Peixian, Jiangsu Province, was born in September 1939. He is a professor at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts, with no party affiliation. He was a member of the 10th CPPCC National Committee. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in November 2007.
