Zhao Derun

Zhao Derun, a native of Changchun, Jilin Province, was born in March 1946. He is a CPC member, Information Advisor to the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council and Vice President of Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the CCICH. His prior positions include Director of the Henan Bureau of the Xinhua News Agency, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Guangming Daily and Director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Magazine. He is a senior journalist and enjoys the special allowance from the government. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in November 2009.
