Zhong Chengxiang

Zhong Chengxiang, a native of Xining, Qinghai Province, was born in August 1946. He is a CPC member, a researcher and a film and TV literary and artistic theorist. He used to be Vice President and Secretary of the Secretariat of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Television Arts Committee. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in September 2013.
