Nima Zeren

Nima Zeren, a Tibetan and native of Batang, Sichuan Province, was born in January 1944. He has no party affiliation. He is Vice President of the Sichuan Provincial Institute for Culture and History and Chairman of the China Committee of the Promotion of the Minority Art. He was Vice Chairman of the China Artists Association. He has been a member of the 10th and 12th CPPCC National Committee. He enjoys the special allowance from the government. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in November 2009.
