He Jiaying

He Jiaying, a native of Renqiu, Hebei Province, was born in March 1957. He has no political party affiliation. He is Vice-chairman of China Artists Association, professor, former deputy director-general-level official at Chinese National Academy of Arts, Dean of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Realistic Painting, Dean of Tianjin School of Art, member of the 9th, 10th and 11th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, renowned artist of traditional Chinese realistic painting. He is awarded the title of “artist with outstanding skills and integrity”, recognized talent of the State Council Information Office. He is a recipient of special allowances of the government. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in July 2020.
