Huo Da

Huo Da, ethnic Hui and a native of Beijing, was born in November 1945. She is a writer, with no party affiliation. She was a member of the 7th and 8th National Committee of the CPPCC and a deputy to the 9th NPC. She has been a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th, 11th and 12th National Committee of the CPPCC. She was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in August 1999.
