Chen Xiaoguang

Chen Xiaoguang, a native of Jingxian, Hebei Province, was born in August 1948. He is a CPC member and Vice President of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He used to be Vice Minister of Culture. He is a member of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He has long been engaged in cultural administration and poetry creation. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in September 2013.
