Cheng Dali

Cheng Dali, a native of Beijing, was born in August 1946. He is a CPC member and enjoys the special allowance from the government. He was Editor-in-Chief of the China Fine Arts Publishing Group. He was engaged as a researcher of the CCICH in November 2009.
