Zheng Hongying

Vice Chairperson of the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council

Zheng Hongying was born in November 1969. She has a master's degree in Public Administration. Member of the Communist Party of China. Her previous positions include Director General of General Office, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of COSC. She has been Member of the COSC Party Group and Vice Chairperson of the COSC since October 2023.
