Zheng Hongying, female, Han ethnicity. Born in November 1969. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Public Administration. Member of the CPC. Her previous positions include Director-General of General Office, and Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Counsellors' Office of the State Council(COSC) . She has been Vice Chairperson of the COSC since October 2023.
