Zhao Bing

Vice Chairman of Counsellors’ Office of the State Council

Zhao Bing, a native of Fuxin, Liaoning Province, was born in February 1964. He is a member of the CPC. He graduated from Beijing University as a major in Scientific Socialism and International Communist Movement. He has a doctor’s degree in Laws. His previous positions include Counsel and Deputy Director (taking charge of the work) of the Third Secretarial Bureau of the General Office of the State Council, Director of Supervision Office of the General Office of the State Council. He has been Member of the COSC Party Group and Vice Chairman of the COSC since April 2016.
