Zhu Guangyao

Zhu Guangyao, a native of Beijing Municipality, was born in July 1953. He was Vice Minister and a member of Party Group of Ministry of Finance, and Deputy Director of the Office of the Leading Group on Finance and Economic Affairs of the CPC Central Committee. Specialized in global finance and economic affairs, he has participated in preparation and implementation of dialogues since the setting-up of Sino-US Strategic Economic Dialogue, which gained him wide recognition for his contribution and influence in the global economic and finance sector. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in July 2018.
