Xu Yifan

Xu Yifan, a native of Fuzhou, Fujian Province, was born in September 1953. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League. He is Executive Vice President of the National Statistical Society of China and a counsellor of the Beijing municipal government. He used to be Vice Commissioner of the National Bureau of Statistics. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He is a senior statistician specializing in statistical research and management. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in June 2012.
