Xie Boyang

Xie Boyang, a native of Liling, Hunan Province, was born in February 1954. He is a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association. He is Vice President of the China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program and Chairman of the China Foundation for the Guangcai Program. He used to be Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Board Chairman of the Minsheng Insurance. He is a member of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He specializes in the research on private-sector economy. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in September 2013.
