Tang Min

Tang Min, a native of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, was born in December 1953. He has no party affiliation. He is Executive Vice Chairman of the Youchange China Social Entrepreneur Foundation of the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty and Alleviation Development. He was formerly Chief Economist and Deputy Country Director of the China Resident Mission of the Asian Development Bank and Vice Secretary-General of the China Development Research Foundation of the Development Research Centre of the State Council. He specializes in macro-economic research. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in February 2011.
