Li Yuguang

Li Yuguang, a native of Chongqing, was born in June 1953. He is a member of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office and Vice Mayor of Foshan City, Guangdong Province. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He has a deep knowledge of government administration and international cooperation on intellectual property and IP protection. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in September 2013.
