Liu Huan

Liu Huan, a native of Tianjin, was born in January 1955. He has no party affiliation. He is Vice President and Professor of the School of Taxation of the Central University of Finance and Economics, specializing in fiscal, taxation and financial research. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in February 2011.
