He Xingliang

He Xingliang, a native of Xingning, Guangdong Province, was born in August 1956. He is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. He is a member of the Academic Divisions of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a tutor of Ph.D. students, specializing in the research on ethnic minority culture and religion. He is Executive Vice Chairman of the Association of Chinese Ethnology. He has been a member of the 10th to 12th CPPCC National Committee and a member of the Committee for Ethnic and Religious Affairs of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He enjoys the special allowance from the government. He was engaged as a counsellor of the State Council in June 2012.
