Dai Qionghai

Dai Qionghai, a native of Shanghai, was born in December 1964. He is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, dean of School of Information Science and Technology of Tsinghua University, chairman of Council of China Association for Artificial Intelligence, dean of Beijing National Research Center for Information Science and Technology, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Distinguished Professor under the Chang Jiang Scholars Program, winner of first and second prizes of National Technology Invention Awards. He is a veteran scholar with world-leading discoveries in AI, video processing and communication, light field and computational imaging, He was engaged as a Counsellor of the State Council in July 2020.
